- LPA – Layered Process Standard ensures that agreed standards will be observed
- LPA questions will be aligned to the required process results
- Current incidents such as complains, defects or risks generate new questions
- The compliance of the standards is requested in periodic short audits
- Auditor is normally the leader, and the audited is the employee working on the process
- LPA can be processed on every hierarchy level (Layer)
